You can attend casually $15/class
OR
Purchase a multi-class pass from the teacher.
5 classes $65 (valid 2 months)

WHAT DO I WEAR / BRING / NEED?
Comfortable,non-restrictive LAYERED clothing and bare feet. (Corporate attiredoesn’t work).
If you feel the cold, we suggestbringing something warm to start and finish class with.
Your YOGApractise is more effective on a yoga mat – a towel isn’t suitable beyondyour first couple of classes, nor are Pilates and camping-style mats.Mostly for hygiene purposes we strongly recommend students work on theirOWN mats. You can buy
yoga mats out in the shops for anything up to $90, or you can
purchase one from YOGABOWL (delivered to your next class) for $35. There is also some other useful, reasonably priced yoga equipment available
here.
IS THERE SOMEWHERE I CAN GET CHANGED?Yes. There are bathrooms on level 3.
WHAT ABOUT EATING AROUND YOGA CLASS?Typicallywhat happens in yoga and what happens when food is digesting, isn't ahappy match. That's why we recommend you leave at least 90 mins betweenyour last (full) meal and your yoga class. It's OK tohave a SMALL snackduring that hour before class, but we suggest you eat your meal afterclass.
We look forward to welcoming you to class soon.
